Ways to Earn Loyalty Credits  

          1. Earn Loyalty Credits with each booking—5% of your first booking value will be credited toward your next booking, 6% from your second booking toward your third, and an additional 1% per booking up to a maximum of 8%. 

          2. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are redeemable only on future bookings made directly with us. 

          3. Loyalty Credits will expire in 1 year from the date issued. The date issued refers to the date the eligible stay is completed (i.e., once the stay is completed and review has been posted for the stay). 

Example:  

1st Booking value: $2,870 → 5% = $143 credit 

2nd Booking value: $2727 ($2,870-$143) → 6% = $164 credit 

... Up to 8% max  

Loyalty Program Launch Date

The Loyalty Credits program launches on 24th April 2025. All existing customers will receive 5% of the value of their most recent booking with Villa Finder as a starting Loyalty Credit balance. These points will expire on 31 May 2026.

Ways to Redeem Holiday Credit 

          1. Every $1 you earn can be used to discount future bookings.  

          2. Loyalty Credits can be used only up to 50% of the booking value. If your villa booking total is U$500, you can only use up to $250 worth of Loyalty Credits toward that booking. The remaining $250 must be paid with another accepted payment method.

          3. Loyalty Credits can be used to redeem villa rental or concierge service. 

          4. Extended booking and staying at multiple villas within the same booking will be considered as one booking if the dates are continuous. 

           5. Loyalty Credit can be used in conjunction with any offers provided by the villa owners, but not with offers provided by Villa Finder. 

           6. Loyalty Credit cannot be used on replacement bookings when transferring your original deposit to new dates.  

           7. Loyalty Credit will be deducted in the total booking value.  Loyalty Credit is not eligible for Agents or partners.  

           8. Loyalty Credit cannot be used towards bookings made via third-party channels or any other external partners.

1. How do I earn Loyalty credit? 

You’ll receive credit once you leave a review for your completed booking. The credits depends on the last booking value you’ve made with us.

2. How much credit will I receive? 

- 1st booking: 5% of the booking value  

- Each additional booking: +1% (up to 8%)  

So your second booking gets 6%, third 7%, and so on.

3. When will my credit be applied? 

Your credit will be issued after you complete your stay and leave a review. It will automatically be applied to your next booking.

4. How long is the credit valid?  

Your booking credit is valid for 1 year from the date it was issued. The date issued refers to the date the eligible stay is completed (i.e., once the stay is completed and review has been posted for the stay).

5. What if I forget to leave a review?  

Credit is only issued after a review is submitted. No review = no credit. You can submit the review and redeem the Loyalty Credits. 

6. Is the credit transferable?  

No, credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who earned them.

8. What happens if I cancel my booking? 

If your trip is canceled and not completed, no credit will be issued. Credit is only given for completed and reviewed trips.
