NOTE

- The fare above is an approximate pricing and for refence. During peak season, rates may change as availability become limited. Please reach out to us for exact information 

- Subject to availability 

- Fare range does not includes taxes. 

- Luggage allowance is 1 piece of checked baggage per person, and 1 small carry on item to be put on your laps, under your seat or the overhead compartment (H15cm x W17cm). Excess luggage can be purchased at reservation (guaranteed) or on the day (subject to space availability) . 

- If you have one ski bag and one suitcase, you will have to purchase one extra piece of luggage.

- An Infant is any passenger age 0-4 who does not occupy a seat. Passengers who are 5year and older and above need a seat. Please note that there must be at least 1 adult per infant. 

- The bus does not refund fares for reasons outside of our control (delayed flght, etc). If your flight is delayed and you miss your bus, please seek compensation from the airline that caused the delay or claim on your travel insurance. We will provide documentation on request.  

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

The Hakuba Station drop off option is available on all services arriving before 19:00. If you book a bus service arriving before 19:00, then you can choose the option of dropping it to the property with additional cost (dropping to Hakuba station is complimentary).  

If the bus arrives in Hakuba after 19:00, then there is no option to drop off at Hakuba Station. After dark it is too cold for people to wait at Hakuba Station, and as we drop all the passengers off at their accommodation, the buses do not go to Hakuba Station some times.  As there is no Hakuba Station drop off set for this time, if the guests wants to get dropped off at Hakuba station, then it will still be at additional charge.

CANCELLATION FEE

Cancellation fees for basic package (Shuttle Reservation only) 

46 days or more before date of travel: 10% of total fare 

21 – 45 days before date of travel: 20% of total fare 

8 – 20 days before date of travel: 50% of total fare 

7 days or less before date of travel: 100% of total fare  

CHANGE FEE

Change 8 days or more before travel – free of charge 

Change 4 – 7 days before travel – 2,000yen per seat 

Change 3 days or less before travel – Not able to change 

Please note:

- There is no refund on fare difference. If the booking is cancelled, then the date of the original booking is used to calculate the cancellation fee. 

- Cancellations received after 23:59 Japan Standard Time are deemed to be received the following day.
