Note: 

- Above rates are sample nett prices using the shortest and quickest routes without detours. During peak season rates may change as suppliers become unavailable.  

- The above prices are for reference only, for a formal quote please submit a request

- The charter rates listed above included bus fee, driver, expressway tolls, and taxes. 

- These are calculated using the most direct route with minimum rest stops. 

- Detours, meal breaks and late night operations will incur a surcharge. 

For reference, if travelling with ski equipment, we recommend the follow maximum numbers: 

- 45 seat Large buses – 35 passengers (Vehicle has luggage trunks under the bus) 

- 28 seat Medium buses – 20 passengers (Vehicle has luggage trunks under the bus) 

- 18 seat Mini buses – 12 passengers (Vehicle has no luggage trunks – Luggage is stored inside the vehicle) 

- 9 seat Vans – 5-6 passengers (Vehicle has no luggage trunks – Luggage is stored inside the vehicle)

Cancellation policy

- 31 days before transfer - Free of charge (banks fees / credit card fees will be deducted from any refund)  

- 30 days or less before transfer - No Refund
