Hakuba Valley Day Pass Prices

** Minimum booking: JPY 50,000 

For booking below JPY 50,000; there will be a service fee of JPY 1,000

Age Categories

Adult: 13 years and over   

Child: 6 - 12 years    

* Age 0-5 years old are FOC.

* Jigatake resort: 0 - 2 yrs FOC

Cancellation Policy

- After 14 days of confirmation: 20% of the total amout forfeited

- 30 - 59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amout forfeited

- 14 days or less : 100% of the total amout forfeited

Hakuba Valley Lift Pass Overview

- The pass is an IC card with no deposit required. 

- Valid at all 10 ski resorts in Hakuba Valley (Note: At Jigatake, the IC card must be exchanged for a local lift ticket). 

- For individual use only – not shareable. ◆Not valid for night skiing. 

- The validity period starts from the first day of use. 

- During the valid period, the Hakuba Valley Shuttle Bus is free for transport between ski areas (※If you board the bus before using the slopes, it will be charged and counted as the first day). 

- If misuse is detected, the pass may be invalidated by the issuing authorities. 

- The pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. 

- The pass becomes active once scanned at a chair lift, gondola, or on the Hakuba Valley Shuttle Bus.

Booking & Issuance Notes

- A voucher with a QR code will be sent closer to the date. Customers must download or print the voucher to receive the lift pass. 

- If the number of persons or days is reduced, the booking must be cancelled and rebooked, and the Hakuba Valley cancellation policy will apply. 

- If additional days are added, a new booking is required for the extra days, and a change fee of ¥5,000 will be charged.
