IMPORTANT NOTE:
- All additional service has to be paid in advance, therefore, all stopover/ multiple location must be plan and informed in advance. Driver will not entertain any last minute changes

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Passenger Vehicles (Standard Taxi, Alphard, Grand Cabin Hiace)
Bookings for passenger vehicles can be cancelled up to 5 days before the date of travel free of charge. Bookings cancelled 4 days before the date of travel will be subject to the charges below.
- 4 to 2 days before the date of travel: 50% of the total cost of the transfer
- Within 2 days of the date of travel: 100% of the total cost of the transfer
Microbus and Coach services (Microbus, Medium Coach, Full-size Coach)
Bookings for microbus and coach services can be cancelled up to 10 days before the date of travel free of charge. Bookings cancelled 9 days before the date of travel will be subject to the following charges:
- 9 to 2 days before the date of travel: 50% of the total cost of the transfer
- Within 2 days of the date of travel: 100% of the total cost of the transfer
Amendments
1. Amendment requests for discretionary changes are accepted up to 5 days before the day of travel.
2. Amendments requested within the permissible period are subject to vehicle and driver availability, and it does not guarantee that all amendment requests can be accommodated.
3. We reserve the right to treat amendments that result in a cancellation
Delayed/ Cancelled/ Changed flights
1. If a guest’s flight is delayed, cancelled, or changed by the airline, the transport provider will endeavor to provide the service without additional charges, provided that:
a. In the case of flight changes, notification of the change and the new flight details are received before
the driver has been dispatched to the pickup location.
b. The guest arrives on the same calendar date as the original booking and is willing to wait until a
driver becomes available.
2. If notification of the flight change and new flight details are received after the driver has been dispatched to the airport, the transport provider reserves the right to either:
a. Charge a waiting fee as outlined under the "Waiting Charges" policy, or
b. Treat the booking as cancelled, applying the applicable "Cancellation Policy."
3. If a flight change or delay results in the guest arriving on a different date, the original booking will be treated as cancelled. If required, a new booking request must then be submitted and will be subject to availability.
