Difference between Private and Premium private? 

Premium privates are a fully-tailored experience that opens up a range of opportunities for your trip.

Compared to a Niseko Private, your Premium Private also includes an extended lunch, pick-up and drop off and your choice of one of the following: 

- Day Trip Explorer  

- Onsen Experience 

- Video Analysis Session 

- Off Snow Services  

Booking Premium Private also includes: 

- Priority Rental experience Service available to those who have booked a Premium Private and gear rental at our Rhythm Hirafu store only. This service includes access to a dedicated fitting queue and early rental pick-up.  

- Guaranteed high-end instructor with local expertise (ISIA-certified)

When you book your equipment rental with us as well, you can choose to either: 

** Visit the store the day before your rental booking begins using a complimentary shuttle service, OR 

** Self-transfer to get fitted with your rentals from 1pm onwards.  

When you first arrive check-in, the team will then escort you to our dedicated rental lane.   

Note

- Children under 7 age restrictions:

  ** 5-6 years old - 3 children max.     

  ** 4 years old - 2 children max.     

  ** 3 years old - 1 child max.  

For children six and younger, we recommend that you book a separate private lesson, or split your lesson into a half-day adult class and half-day kids class. Younger children learn in a different way to adults and progress at very different speeds, subsequently lessons with these challenges rarely meet expectations. We do not offer lessons for children under 3 yrs old.   

- A full-day private can be split into a maximum of two sessions. All guests in each group must be of the same or similar ability level. 

- Ski/board rentals and lift passes are not included.  

- Subject to weather conditions and lift status.  - Lessons are ski or board only and can not be mixed. 

Cancellation policy:

- Up until 7 days prior, a full refund will be provided for any reason. 

- From 7 days prior until 48 hours prior a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred. 

- Within 48 hours a 100% cancellation fee will occur. 

- No compensation can be made for the loss of lesson time due to injury or illness if the lesson has commenced. 

Upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. A reschedule or refund of future lessons can be made:    

** We must be advised before your new lesson has commenced.    

** We must receive the report within 24 hours of the cancelled lesson.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that do not meet our booking terms or have not been paid by the due date.
